It goes on, made of 'Ultra High Impact Structural Copolymer' (what ever that is - all we know, it's extremely durable and almost indestructible), offering total protection in virtually any situation.

Peli 1640 with Pick 'n' Pluck Foam & Lid Organiser The Peli 1640 case is available empty, with Peli Pick 'n' Pluck foam or with the Peli Padded Divider Set and an optional lid organiser giving you total transport protection. It comes with a large easy retractable handle and rugged wheels making the case easily portable. An automatic waterproof pressure relief valve, which ensures that the air pressure inside the case will automatically equalize if the case is taken to high altitudes and meets Def Stan 81-41 and STANAG 4280 along with ATA300 Cat1.

This pelican case is a waterproof case to IP67 standard (1 meter submersion for 30 minutes) and will float with a load up to 165 kg.

The Peli case's open cell core solid wall construction offers a strong, light weight case that is virtually indestructible, handling a ridiculous level of abuse and making the Peli 1640 Protector Case an excellent choice in equipment transit protection.
