Packhorse Cases has a vast experience in design and manufacture of custom made professional touring quality 19" Rack Cases.

From simple rack mount cases with no foam or shock suspension, through foam suspended inner racks to welded rack frames shock mounted within the rack case itself.

Standard flight case rack options include any height and depth and in single and multiple widths with access via removable front and back lids, removable front with access door in the rear – in fact it is easier if you just tell us your requirements, the photos below may give you a few ideas.

Our range of 2mm thick Rack strips include several of our own design including one specifically for rear lugs allowing front to back support rails and allowing 19” rack panels to be fitted to the front, rear and for a mixer rack case, the top also.

We offer rack case accessories from stock as standard including: 19” panels, rack drawers, vents, lights, fans and shelves whilst other rack case accessories are available within 48 hours.
