Well almost! In fact most of the time we do the first drawings too. Many of our customers deliver us their item and we take the case design from there.
Our design team start by finding out all the ways that will make your case most useful to you. So if you just need your item to travel safely we’ll look at the foam lining, shock absorbers, etc. If you need to use your item while it’s in it’s case, we can custom design access doors, legs to raise it, internal lights, rails, etc.
